He believed that individuals are always striving to be their true, authentic selves and that we have the power and resiliency within to get there. Our values, beliefs, and the things that drive us are sources of strength and growth. We all experience dark times or times when we feel hopeless and lost; I believe that these times are our opportunities to transform.

 

I utilize play therapy, expressive and creative modalities, talk therapy, and experiential approaches for all ages. I work with clients on processing trauma, life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, and self-transformation.

I am happy to work with you from a strength-based, collaborative approach to help you to find or establish the way you want to live. I specialize in women's issues, trauma informed care, LGBTQA+ empowerment, spiritual/religious trauma, and twice exceptional/giftedness. I believe you have the strength and knowledge within to promote healing, resiliency, and transformation. I work with children, adolescents, and adults.

I offer all my clients a sliding fee scale, included in my forms page and outlined in detail here.
